I support companies in structuring and raising growth and pre-IPO capital, working closely with promoters to design the right capital strategy and align it with institutional investor expectations and future listing objectives.

My role extends beyond documentation. I assist in investor outreach and alignment, structure the transaction framework, evaluate valuation and control mechanics and ensure that capital entry is commercially sound and listing-compatible.

I work with companies preparing for SME and mainboard listings, helping them transition from private company compliance to listing aligned governance and regulatory frameworks.

My work covers pre-IPO restructuring, capital structuring, private placements, compliance gap analysis, legal due diligence support, DRHP drafting assistance and coordination with merchant bankers, legal counsel and other intermediaries throughout the listing process.

I advise pre-listed and listed companies on corporate and securities law compliance, with a strong focus on SEBI regulations and exchange level requirements.

My work includes ongoing compliance monitoring, regulatory filings, board and committee advisory, and handling regulatory correspondence. I support companies in building robust compliance frameworks that withstand scrutiny during fundraising, listing and post-listing phases, while remaining practical for day-to-day operations.

I provide comprehensive legal due diligence and transaction advisory support across investments, acquisitions, restructurings and internal reorganisations.

This includes structuring and negotiating transactions, reviewing commercial and corporate documentation, identifying regulatory and contractual risks at an early stage and supporting smooth deal execution through practical risk mitigation strategies.

I advise on structuring and drafting commercial contracts, employment documentation and internal policy frameworks aligned with business operations and regulatory requirements.

My work includes creating compliance policies, internal controls, corporate governance documents and intellectual property protection and licensing frameworks, ensuring that legal documentation supports both operational needs and long-term growth objectives.

Alongside legal advisory, I provide core secretarial and governance support, including board processes, statutory compliance, corporate filings and governance structuring.

This integrated approach allows me to bridge the gap between legal advice and statutory execution which is critical for companies undergoing fundraising, restructuring or preparing for listing.

I have also been actively involved in professional governance through leadership roles at the ICSI Noida Chapter, contributing to capacity building and professional development within the Company Secretary fraternity.
